a) The following 4 posts will be declared vacant,
And then nominations will be received at the meeting:
Chairman
Vice-Chairman
Secretary
Treasurer
b) Also, our Representatives to the NIPA Council will be appointed.
c) Committee Members traditionally volunteer/are volunteered to serve, or can be co-opted later in the year.
7 AOB - you have all received the Questionnaire from Ross inviting comments about the running of the club etc. These suggestions will be discussed, plus any other ideas that may come out in the course of the meeting – feel very free to have your say. We are now a very big club, and we want to cater as far as possible for everyone’s needs, from beginner to the more advanced.
